Eric Garner — a Black Staten Island husband and father of 4 — was violently choked to death by NYPD officers. The entire brutal altercation was caught on tape and Garner can be seen in a video that has since gone viral, screaming out in pain, "I can't breathe. I can't breathe."

A NY Medical Examiner has just ruled Garner's death a homicide. We must redouble our efforts demanding immediate action from city officials to fire and prosecute all officers involved and end violent and discriminatory policing.
